Beltless Holster for p365

So far I've narrowed things down to

1. https://harrysholsters.com/product/dirk/
Pros: company I'm familiar with. Comes with DCC and could be used with ulticlip. Low bulk.
Cons: doesn't have full length sweat guard as it's reversible

2. Raven Minimalist.

Pros: really just there to protect the trigger and not much more bulk.
Cons: not clear if it can be modified for beltless carry.

3. Blacksmith Holsters
https://blacksmithtactical.com/beltless-iwb/

Pros: Like the pattern(war poppies). Can be used without a belt. Can be ordered with full length sweat guard
Cons: expensive. no option to add DCC

4. Vedder LightTuck
https://www.vedderholsters.com/lighttuck/
Pros: very happy with all their products from past experience.
Cons: not sure if can be modified for Ulticlip/DCC.

My requirements are: low additional bulk from the holster, I'd like full length sweat guard. And I'm going to be carrying at 3 o-click position. Usually clothing includes black t-shirt and cargo pants.

I'd like to hear of what people think of the above options, or possibly give me additional suggestions.

Just for clarification, by "beltless carry" do you mean clipped to the waistband of pants?
And no belt is worn?

Cargo pants with no belt. I just want to attach using either ulticlip or DCC clip to waistband.
