Note that very large (1/8") primer flash holes (aka, vents; see SAAMI glossary) usually exist because the very high brisance of the DDNP sensitizer in non-toxic primers would back the primer out of the pocket so hard it would leak or pierce. You still find those cases, but usually, they are small primer pocket in 45 Auto now, and the old large primer pocket NT primed cases have disappeared. The small ones work with a 0.080" flash hole, and that's why a lot of small primer pocket 45 Auto is around now.
