Synthetic Stock Extension
I have a 870 20 guage youth model that a friend asked me to sell. I've had no luck finding a buyer so I believe I'll snarff it up, its a slick gun. The gun has a factory camo synthetic stock that I will need to lengthen, since I'm too cheap to buy a replacement. My idea is to epoxy a material of some sort to the buttstock, shape it, and paint the stock. Problem is figuring what material and where to get it. Any advice???

Uncle, it would probably be easier to buy spacers and install them. Brownells sells hard rubber spacers as thick as 1". George
