M1 Carbine Mag Pouches
Does anyone know if there is such a thing as a mag pouch for M1 carbine 30 round magazines? Is there anything that may be designed for something else that works, e.g. some kind of cell phone pouch, EMT pouches, etc.?

Yes ther are/were...
I have seen one once. I think that it held 4 or 6 30's. They were made by riggers during WW II. I saw one online within the last three months or so. I have a pouch that I found at a gun show about six months ago and I put most of my 15rnd mags and a lone 30 (I have more) in the pouch lid closes and snaps but just barely. I wish that I could stretch it out just a 1/4 inch more it would work perfectly. Try gun parts corp. That rings a bell for the mag pouches. I'm not sure though. DAROGUE1
