Adjusting Ruger Model 77 mk II trigger pull
I have a Ruger Model 77 Mk II International that has a heavy trigger pull. It breaks crisp and clean with little creap but its also breaking my finger.I have been told that for libility reasons Ruger manufactuered them non adjustable.True? Can it be adjusted? If not I'll have to go to a Timmey, but I'd rather do an adjustment if I can. Thanks.

You can buy replacement sear spring kits made by Wolffe from Midway, or a trigger/sear kit from Rifle Basix.

Timiney
I believe timiney is your only hope,(I don't believe the Ruger trigger is adjustable in the Mk 2's.the old tang safety guns had adjustable triggers)this is what I did to my Ruger ...It requires a little work to make the safety work properly,so if your not mechanical, let a gun smith do the work for you!!!!!!!!!!!!....if you over file ,the gun can misfire,w/ the safety ON Good Luck,BB34
