To me I'd rather pau a little more and have peace of mind that knowing they will make it right if something gets screwed up or gets broke in transit, and midway is the gold standard in that department.

I ordered from Graf's once. Not a single e-mail conferming my order, not a single email saying my order shipped, no tracking number.... Nothing.

The order eventually showed up but they had me totally in the dark and it seemed that they wanted it that way.

Don't ever order from Dillon or Brian Enos then because they do the same thing. When I ordered from BE the money was taken out of my account. Checked my e-mail and nothing. Same as you no tracking number, no e-mail conferming the order and no e-mail telling me it shipped. Two weeks later it just showed up at the door.

I agree Midway has great costumer service. My problem with Midway is they charge almost twice what anybody else wants for shipping and they charge two hazmat fees for powder and primers and every other company only charges one.

I think the 48 pounds is powder unless things have changed. It was my undertanding for one hazmat you could get 70 pounds of primers ( 50,000 ), or 48 pounds of powder, or 48 pounds of powder and primer mixed. I have placed a 70 pound primer order from PV and was only charged one hazmat.
That certainly could be. I have always ordered both primers and powder together from PV. Good to know.

Sorry about your experience mrawesome22, but I have always got an email and a tracking number for my fedex shipped orders.
