Did your new Glock come with two mags?

Mine did.

I'm not complaining except were I bought it from, Bud's, they never indicated it came with two mags.

So I assumed it only came with one so I ordered another one to have two, ohh well, I guess you can't have to many mags. LOL

Point?

If I knew that, I would have held back to save money for now.

PS: it's my new G20sf.

New Gen 3 Glocks come with 2 mags, Gen 4s come with 3, IIRC.

That's my understanding too - for civilian boxed Glocks. Law enforcement boxes come with 3 magazines whether Gen 3 or Gen 4.

Now you're only three short instead of four!

Glock 20 Mags

I think it worked out to the best for you. "He who dies with the most magazines( not! Clips) wins". I must have 20 of the 15 rounders for my G20 now, JIK.

Oh well, I'd be happy two, but I'll take three.

Once upon a time I went with a friend to a gun show. He wanted to buy his first pistol, and I was his consultant.

He had pretty well decided on a SIG P226 and was about to buy it when I noticed it only had one magazine. I knew they came with two and asked about the other one. The guy who was waiting on us came unglued. I don't recall what he said, but the tone was hostile. I do remember he said I was a "wannabe" though I've never figured out what he thought I wanted to be. Like him maybe?

I figure they were taking the spare magazines out of the boxes and turning them into inventory. Their privilege.

Anyway, we went to another table and bought said SIG - at the same price, with two magazines.

Glock 26 Gen4 came with three magazines.

Just bought a Glock 26 Gen4.
It came with three (3) magazines.
Before it arrived I called Glock for grins and asked.
They said three....

My G26 also came with 3. All I had to do was put Pearce grip extensions on them.

Both my 26 and 29 came with 2. 'Course now they each have a full-sized mag with grip sleeve, also.

I don't think I can recall any new glock not having at least 2 mags. Now you can look for a mag that hits your knee's !

My Gen 3 G20 came with 2 mags. I placed my order late at night and ordered the G20 with 10 rd mags instead of the 15 rd mags. I ordered some 15rd mags as soon as I figured out my mistake and it was a good thing I ordered them when I did as they can't be found anywhere now. I have 6 mags for my glock, 4 for my CZ 75 and 17 for my AR's.

Glocks should all come from the factory with at least two mags. Depending on the circumstances, they may come with three.

Woody55,
Sig seems to run both ways. I have seen all models of Sig show up from the mfg. with two and sometimes one at the store where I work. More often just one.

Both of the Glocks I've bought came with two mags: a Gen 1 or 2 G29.
And my current Glock, a Gen 3 G26.

I did a thread on this recently and I a feel confident in saying all non LEO Gen 3's come with 2 mags. All gen 4 (non leo included) come with 3 mags. I picked up a gen 4 glock 19 from buds about 10 days ago and it came with 3 mags
