Are there Pre-Ban Beretta 1201's?

I saw a picture of one that is reportedly all factory, NIB that seems to have a pistol grip and extended tube.

If there were no Pre-ban's, were there post-bans that have a pistol grip?

Possible. I heard that Beretta restricted new 1201s to 5 rounds instead of the previous 6. Prior to this the PG stock was LE restricted and may still be. I have no idea how long the 1201 has been out, but I dare say that it is a pre 94 design. Though I've only seen it mentioned back into '96.
