Sizing Question

I'm using Redding Type S bushing dies. I size in two steps, with the primer removed, I first use the neck die with a .339 bushing no decapping pin, change to full sizing die with a 336 bushing, no decapping pin. Now my question, if the decapping pin were attached & the flash hole wasn't centered would it effect case runout.

No.

The decapping stem does not contact the inside of the case.

It will find the flash hole and not affect the case neck, unless the flash hole is waaay off, then you will prolly just break a pin.
