AK-47 SBR Conversion (with Draco base)
So, those of you who regularly check the semi-auto handgun forum already know about the Romanian Draco I picked up today. I'll go ahead and repost a picture (because we all love pictures).
I am looking to do a SBR conversion on this gun. I'm looking for resources to help me along the legal process and of course parts recommendations for the actual build itself. From the research I have already done I found that the rear trunnion is already setup for a folding stock, you just need to drill out the holes. I plan on installing a folding stock once the appropriate legal work has been taking care of. I'm looking for words of wisdom for those of you who have already made this or a similar conversion and what sort of first steps I should take. I am a Kentucky state resident if that helps.
