Remington 700 front sight base

I Have a Remington 700 Stainless Special 5-R Milspec Barreled rifle (.820" at muzzle). I wish to mount a front sight base or barrel band to except a globe match sight. Anyone know of a company that makes them? Or someone that could do the work? I am in Texas. Thanks.
