Black Rifles Matter

I just caught a bit of news on my cell. Some guy in Mass put up a hand painted sign saying "Black Rifles Matter". Its got the town all a twitter. Tourists are upset. Some stuck up for him saying it's his first amendment right.

It was a a Fox News piece. Sorry I'm not good enough with cell phones to give a link.

It's hard to say if the complaints against the sign are mainly because it supports gun rights or mainly because it apes the Black Lives Matter slogan. Probably a bit of both

NY Daily News link says that the sign is in Maine and not Massachusetts.

The article says the complaints are from visiting tourists, not residents.
Must be folks from Mass doing the complaining, as Maine is very gun friendly.

Yes, such a sign would be protected under the free speech provision of the First Amendment. That said, there's nothing for us to discuss here.
