.45 Uzi Auto Bolt Repair

I am trying to find a company that can fix a worn Uzi .45 bolt. Vector Arms was not able to fix the bolt because they no longer have tooling for the .45's. Any help would be much appreciated.

He does not work cheap but he does good work.
