Walker Difference

Can somebody tell me the difference between the 1847 orginal Walker
and the Whitneyville Dragoon ? Thanks

The Whitneyville Dragoon had the Walker BS/TG, and Dragoon sized frame/cylinder with 7 1/2 inch barrel and loading lever latch found on first model Dragoon.

What Ken said.

Colt used up the last of the Walker frames. They shortened them for the shorter Dragoon cylinder but kept the Walker grip style, curved at the top front, not cut square like the Dragoons.
