Harold Fish question
Does anyone know what how close Grant Kuenzli was to Harold Fish when Harold shot him?

I remember reading somewhere that the last shot was fired from 2 feet give or take a bit. I believe the instructor that taught the CCW class Harold Fish took spoke about it, and how he was surprised that his original lawyer never called him as an expert witness.
Either way, once you hear all the facts, and examine the character of both individuals involved, it's hard not to come to a positive conclusion for Mr. Fish. Also, IIRC when the Jury foreman found out about all the evidence the judge supressed at the trial he was pretty ******, and pretty much said to the media that there was no way they would have convicted him if they had known 1/10th of all that.

In Harold Fish's opening brief in his appeal it says that Mr. Fish testified, and the State's firearm expert corroborated, that he [Fish] held his fire until his assailant was almost on top of him and finally shot at a distance of some 5 to 8 feet.
