I've noticed a lot of big brand names (Colt, S&W) now have their own optics. My brother told me that the Workers' Paradise (Red China) makes some Tasco scopes for them. Who makes what for whom for any piece of optical equipment? Let's set the record straight.

I understand that Pentax scopes are made by Burris. Colt's "red-dot-in-a-HUD" sights (the "scout" and the "tactical") are clearly C-More units.
