My Experience as Well...

I called them for help when I purchased my LNL press and found them to be very helpful as well. I have read some posts where folks had a different experience but would recommend their products to anyone based on my interactions with them.

One more vote for Hornady CS. I have broken many a part on my press(some of it my fault) and always gotten replacements fast and free.

I give them a thumbs up too. I broke a part on my LNLAP, my fault no way around it. I called them told my story about what a goof I was and they said no problem we'll get the part to you. I was ready and willing to pay for it but they weren't having it. Took less than a week and I had the part in hand.

I broke the handle off my Hornady bullet puller 3 weeks ago and called the company -- they are back ordered so it'll be a while Tomas.

As far as I'm concerned, Hornady has the best customer service available.

Yes, that's great. But, it appears to be normal from all of our makers, a legitamate claim gets good service from all of them.
