Veeeery Interesting!

Mikkel--Have never seen one of these. Interesting concept. I have had times where such a bag would have been mighty useful. Are they commonly used by hunters on yr side of the pond? And the download didn't mention price (or I missed it.) And at what address might one order a Jerven bag?

Hi Smokey Joe! U can order it from the website www.jerven.com or send them an email. Dont know the price in USD though. It aint cheap and it aint expensive if it may save your life one day or make the hunt more comfortable. Lots of hunters use it over here due to cold weather, rain etc. Ive even heard that some millitary units use it in Afghanistan and up here in the cold.

Mik,
I just posted about this on the camo thread. Go to the fabric shop near you and purchase 3 or 4 yards of camo material (They have much better patterns of camo than what these look like) and make a 7'x9' blanket from it.
Costs about $30.00 or so and can by soaked in "RAIN GUARD" protectant for water proofing. You can use it for a groung blind or a cover up on windy days, or an emergency tent if need be.
Takes about an hour to make, and can be carried with you anywhere.
