Fabrica De Arms rifle

Hi all, I recently came across this bolt action rifle and know nothing about it. There is a date under the name of the rifle but I cannot tell if it is 1912 or 1942. The rifle is in rough condition, more of a curiosity piece than anything. I can't complain about the price; it was given to me. I know semi-auto pistols but when it comes to this rifle I am clueless. Any info is appreciated. Thanks.

Is the name something like "Oviedo, LaCoruna or Toledo?"
