Magazines for Ruger 77/22

I have some magazines for my Ruger 77/22 that are not feeding properly. Is there a way to dismantle them for cleaning and lubing, or would it be simpler to just replace them?

Here's a link to Rimfire Central's page on how to disassemble the Ruger magazines:

Note that the 10/22 and 77/22 are the same design and come apart the same.

While the magazines are the same design, the dimensions of the 77/22 magazines are slightly different.

You can open up the magazines and clean them, but try to avoid lube as it traps dirt and fouling and gums it up even faster than leaving the mag dry.
