what exactly is the deal with hallow points? what do they do?

When striking a fluid medium, such as flesh, they tend to squish out and become larger in diameter......thus doing more damage to the tissue as they wander through the target.

Or...they expand and make a bigger hole.

They're also less likely to go THROUGH the creep you just had to shoot, making it safer for anyone who happpens to be on the other side of said creep.
