Just bought a USP (full sized) .40 S&W!

I am currently in the waiting process to receive my new USP Tactical. I have one more day and then the fun begins. I am really excited!!!

All I ever seem to read on this Internet is a bunch of "I heard..." or "I read..." sort of stuff.

Great gun! HK USP40, is an awesome weapon, i use to own one, wish i still did. one the coolest looking combat pistols you can find. plus you will never have to worry about KBs with it, just dont use strange gunshow reloads, and just avoid wolf (steel on steel is just not a good thing for your gun). get a hogue grip, i found the checking the only thing i didnt like about it. get some 155gr gold dots, and your ready to go!

I have the jet funnel kit on it, and 2 hi-cap mags. Question, the tactical model should come with the thread protector right? Some of the 9mm models had them on but the model I pick up didn't?

I'm picking up my S&W 4516 that I left at my local gunsmith to have trijicon tritium sights installed on. I put a hogue rosewood grip on it and the tritium sights will complete the package. It's a tactical gun too. I feel your excitement.
