Another accolade for RCBS' customer service

I was digging around my reloading cabinet & I found an old .270 sizing die that I stuck a case in about 15yrs ago. I really messed it up trying to get it out, ruining the decapping rod & all. Like a true trooper I looked on the bright side & went out & bought a new set of RCBS competition dies.

Any way, about 10 days ago I called RCBS customer service (didn't have to wait long) & the guy said send it in. About a week later I got it back, no charge with new stem, locking ring, plastic box & they polished the die! All it cost me was 1-way shipping!
