Muzzle Brake for .40 caliber Keltec Sub2000

I have been looking for a muzzle brake for a Keltec Sub2000 in .40 caliber. I've checked with MCARBO and they said they don't make one. Anyone have a suggestion? Thanks.

It looks like the Kel-Tec is threaded 9/16-24, that's your first thing you need to know.

So now you look at muzzle breaks with that thread pitch. Once you filter by that, look for the breaks that are for .40 cals or larger. If that doesn't work look for a thread adapter that takes you from 9/16-24 to a thread size that works with a muzzle break that's larger the .40 caliber.

If that doesn't work you may have to pay for a custom muzzle break instead of buying something all ready on the shelf.

Check e-bay, search the thread pitch with the words muzzle brake. Lots of options.

Just buy a brake that fits your thread pitch and have somebody with a lathe drill it out.

Just so you know, typical S/A cartridges don't generate a heck of a lot of gas. ( volume of gas )

So a muzzle device might not "perform" as expected from your longer barrel PCC.

That said... https://www.google.com/search?q=9%2F...t=gws-wiz-serp
