Catch-22 Dilemma
I gave my father the Belgian made Browning SA-22 with the coveted wheel sight. He sold his ranch and now I never get to shoot it so I’ve decided to buy another one. I’m drawn between the Browning SA-22, but with a VERY nice Maple stock or a used Remington 241 that shoots 22 short only. I’ve always wanted the Remington but this Maple stocked Browning is very sweet. Both Guns break down. I’m going to attempt to attach two photos. One of each. I’d like some feedback. Thanks!
Would someone also tell me how to attach photos? I can’t seem to do it. |

I am not sure I would want a gun that only shoots 22 shorts.

Help posting pictures is available here:
https://thefiringline.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=292842 The often nominal difference in POI between .22lr and .22 shorts may surprise you.

I would buy a SA 22 as the prices for a Grade 1 are pretty decent. The wood is purty on them.
