These folks are great!

I bought a TomCat I tree climbing stand about 20 years ago when I was in high school. I used it about five years and it's been in storage until this season. Noticing one of the backpack straps was broken and one of the climbing "teeth" had broken off, I contacted the company by email inquiring about ordering replacement parts. The owner of the company called me back that night and sent out new parts overnight, free of charge! I absolutely expected to pay for these parts but they refused to accept any payment!

It's really great to see a company stand behind their products!

By the way, I love my stand, it's the lightest and most comfortable I've ever used. The biggest thing is I've never felt unsafe in it.
