m16/usas-12 conversion?
is it possible to switch them back and forth?

dont think so....they sort of look similar, but I really dont think there are many similarities beyond that. I could be wrong.

that would be a no...the lower and upper on a USAS 12 is larger than its counterpart on a AR15

USAS and M16
From how I understand it, the fire control parts are able to be interchanged, but nothing else. I’ve seen USAS’s with M16 fire control parts… I shot the thing (my shoulder still hurts) The uppers and lowers are not interchangeable.
