49 colt pocket/broken lever

This pistol is a 120000 serial range colt pocket pistol that came to me with the latch and 1/2" of the loading lever broken off.The pistol retains some barrel bluing[15%],25% case colors on frame and lever, and 80% nickle plating on grips. All markings incl.cylinder are sharp and clear.
My question is 1] Should I have the lever repaired prior to selling,or 2]sell as is and let buyer do as he wishes??
If repair who would do a good job on the this and how is the value effected in either case??Thanks
