Can You ID this shotgun???

It has absolutly no markings and yes it is held to the stock with wire.

Here's a possibility
Bannerman had tons of surplus Civil War musket and parts from the 1880s onward, and little market for them. However, when cut down to a shorter size, and bored out smooth, they could be sold as cheap shotguns. .
