Beretta customer service

People usually complain on forums about companies, but I was very pleased to find that Beretta replaced my PX4 .40 subcompact under warranty. It was in twice for the same jamming issue, and I had pretty much resigned myself to not trusting it for a carry gun.

They did right by me -- just want to give credit where it's due!

I would expect nothing less from Beretta. I hope your new pistol performs better. Let us know.

I own a 92FS Inox and an 85F but have never had to contact their customer service with any issues.

I also have a 92FS and an 84FS Cheetah. Until now, the only issues I've ever had are emblems coming off of grips.

Still going to put it through its paces, but I doubt there will be further issues.

I have a Judge that is OK. Probably wouldn't buy another.

My dad has a PT100 that he really likes.

Good to hear. I never got to test Beretta's customer service on any of the four I owned, including two well-used police 92s. Only brand I think I've owned with NO malfunctions from ANY of the guns, now that I think of it. Thousands of rounds too.

Curious: did Beretta pay for the shipping to and fro?

I have also had great experience with Beretta products, but haven't needed to use their CZ.

This is a deja vu from another Beretta thread. Did you have some bad experiences with Beretta or just being a Taurus fan?
