All the time, whenever possible. A new SS Combat Commander or a Series 70 Gov't in nickel. In fall, winter and spring I carry in leather (belt and OWB belt slide holster from Bob Mernickle Leather, and a mag case from Tex Shoemaker). In summer I carry in an OWB fabric holster from WRB in Gun Barrel City, TX (what's not to like about something that comes from Gun Barrel City, Texas?), a Wilderness or 5.11 belt, and mag case from ModGear (cheap but not cheaply-made) or 5.11.

I almost always wear a vest; in summer it's a lightweight Eotac. Lots of folks say the vest is a giveaway; all I ever get is folks asking me if I'm "on safari"! My answer: "Hey, it's a jungle out there!"

i have carried a full size 10mm

I have carried a 5” 10mm stainless 1006. I now carry a XD 40 s&w 4”. I do really like it. I did have a lot of problems finding a good holster. I finely found the best one ever, it is from stoner holster. They have a web site, to check them out. It is comfortable, and has leather between you and the gun to protect the gun and to be comfortable for you. It was around 30.00 too.
