Have a friend with a Colt Copy by Hawes Firearms. 357 6 inch barrel Walnut grips serial #12xxx. Her father purchased in 60 at Mongomery Ward. 90% at Least some wear on end of barrel from holster. It has made in West Germany stamped on it. Any idea what it may be worth? Is there anything special about it other than once belonging to her dad. Thanks for your help. Really enjoy reading the posts.

Hawes imported several Colt copies from mfg's in Europe and the average values:

EXC=$175.00 POOR=$75.00

These values are for the models made in the .357 cal.
