Using 168 grain bullets I've gotten good results from the following:

Varget at 39 and 41 grains
IMR 4064 at 41 grains (I've read 40.8 is even better)
H3895 at 37 grains

I use WLRM primers and a COAL of 2.800. All of these have produced consistent speeds in the 2300 to 2400 range with an SD of between 4 and 12.
