Colt signature series 1994 set - buy?

I have a chance to pick up all 4 of the 1994 models of black powder revolvers. All 4 are unturned, unfired, and include original packaging. The kicker is they each have the matching gray box accessory sets specific to each model.

Any advice on pricing?

Walker
1851 navy
1849 pocket dragoon

That about right guys?

I'm in your neighborhood, Doc.

I'm gonna go with $3000-3200. Most of em I've seen, unturned - with boxed accessory sets, are running around $800± per.

Granted, I haven't been specifically searching for one..... this is just what I've seen.

To put it succinctly ........ Yes.

I think Doc's and Beagle's estimates are the proper range for what they are worth

Thanks so much gentlemen. I picked them up. Everything is there, all the packaging, paperwork, etc. Obviously I can't/shouldn't shoot them, so I'd like to get some advice about how to store them. I've heard about rennaisance wax. Is that a good or preferred way to protect these from corrosion?

I'll post pics later this evening.

Teaser Pics

Well, I wanted to fulfill my promise to post pics, but my Bronco's lost last night so I was a little grumpy. I did take a couple teasers this morning before leaving for work. I'll post better, more complete pics in the next day or so.

I'd still love to get some advice about properly storing or displaying these.

Here's the cartons as they sit unpacked on my workbench.

Here's the Walker and it's accessories placed in a display case.

Here's the print brochure that the seller included with the set.

Great pics. You got lucky getting the white shipping boxes. They are usually the first thingto go. Guess you'll be on the lookout for Sig Series presentation cases now. They do show up from time to time.

That sure is a pretty Walker.... I like a Walker!

You should put a pic of that in "The Dragoon Thread".

dendang, GunBroker.com and believe it or not, Ebay are good sources to keep an eye on.
