This should be an interesting case. So many elements we have previously discussed here. Armed vs unarmed, no video evidence, shooter disregarding the police dispatcher, police apparently disregarding departmental procedure. Now the family is asking the FBI to look into the case. What a mess. Without any eye witnesses, I think it would be an uphill battle to prove a bad shoot.

We've closed this down twice as folks have gone off the yellow brick road in speculation.
