I have the same rifle. Mine is very accurate also. Especially shoots well with Barnes 100 gr TSX and RL-19. Beautiful Rifle.

It took me a few months and several range trips to master mine, but it has rewarded me with tiny groups ever since I learned how to shoot it. I typically get groups very similar to the OP's, as does almost everone who figures out how to shoot one. But this is the best group I've ever shot with a centerfire. A bit low however. I was working on load development and intentionally adjusted my sights low so as not to destroy my aiming point. |

boy id love to have a little 308 that shot that well too!! My buddy has the same gun and his was a bit finiky. Most groups went around 2 inch but he did finally find a load that went one inch for 3 shots with believe it or not a winchester 150 powerpoint. He had about given up on it and was over to the house and I had just bought 3k of them cheap to blast up in my ar10. I gave him a couple hundred to try and they worked like majic in that gun. Shoot pretty well in the ar10 and my model 7 too. Both will do moa with that bullet.

That .257 is beautiful and a good shooter. The .308 is incredible, what is your load?
