well i have the pics in the pictures area of my computer but i have no idea how to get them from there to here..if quoting is the way then how do i do that

i just went to tinypic.com and it is easy just click browse and it will bring up your pics then when you select your picture make sure to change the size to message board size then select upload...when the code screen comes up select the message board forum code...when you put it on the post the pics will automatically be there...i just did it
