Posting an image from an attachment link.
Every time I post a pic, I don't get a 'picture' but a link to the picture..how do I post the actual picture?
Like my post number 4 here... https://thefiringline.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=605470

To turn an attachment link into a viewable image in your post, you need to get the URL of the image and paste it between the IMG tags.
There are several ways to find the URL, but the easiest in my opinion is to view the image, right click over it and copy the URL after selecting "View Image Info". In the post you linked to, the URL of your attachment is: https://thefiringline.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=110689&d=1580132423 So you would take that and paste it in the IMG tags like this: [IMG]https://thefiringline.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=110689&d=1580132423[/IMG] That would yield: Give it a try in your linked post. [Edit] The linked attachment was deleted by the user. |

Just curious as to why you deleted the attachment instead of turning it into a viewable image.
