16ga manufactured by Smithsonian..value?

I am new to these forums. They are excellent. I have an old Smithsonian 16ga single shot. I can't find any information on value after many, many Googles.

Can anyone point me in the right direction or let me know what, if anything, a gun like this is worth?

Thanks for the help.

Your shotgun is, as termed in the industry, a "Hardware Gun", and that is, made by a major mfg for a hardware store. The Smithsonian is a trade name issued to Iram Shue of Hanover PA, but the gun was made by Crescent Firearms Co,

To place a value on the gun is difficult over the net. Crescent collectors would be interested possibly.

Thanks for the information. The gun has bounced around the family for years. Being relatively new to shotguns, I was curious if it was of value.
