I've got a large Becker pack. I like the pack. It is bombproof, and very well constructed. You will need to get a frame insert for this pack. I wasn't thrilled with having to drop another $40 on a $250 pack to get proper support. It has a lot of room to stash your gear.
IMNSHO, unless you need a military style pack, I would pass on it. You will get more for your money from a commercial internal pack, and won't look like Murry the Militiaman as you hike through the state park. I wished I had gotten a Mountainsmith pack instead. But what can I say, I am sucker for lastest internet hyped gear. |
