If your talking about a carry load, than probably not. As for keaping them in your home its perfectly legal. To be honest if im pulling the trigger in my home I am not worried about the bullet at that point.

That's an internet myth.
I have an original box a 9mm Black Talons. On the side of the box it says 147gr. SXT bullet.
