I ordered a set of Buckeye Burl grips for a DW CBOB late Thursday night, online, from thefinergrain.com. PayPal overrode my new address, and instead sent my old one as the shipping address; I failed to catch this in time, so I emailed Ryan (Sarge43 on TFL) to make him aware of the actual shipping address.

Ryan had responded to my email by Friday morning.

The grips arrived just now, the following Monday, and they are gorgeous.

The CBOB should be here by Wednesday, and will have the new grips mounted immediately thereafter.

Excellent turnaround time, and excellent customer service.
