Another cornmeal/cream of wheat question

I fireformed 30/06 cases with bullseye (16 grains), large pistol primers and cornmeal. Seemed to work fine. Now I'm on to .223's for my XP-100 any suggestions on charge weight of bullseye and primer choices. While I'm on the subject what about 308's, they're next.
Thanks.
