45 ACP cylinder for 1875

I've been toying with getting a 45 ACP for my Uberti 1875. Has anyone here had personal experience with one? If so, how did it fit and what kind of accuracy vs the 45 LC cylinder did you get?
I tried using the search function, but I didn't do so well.
