Muzzle Flash

Just a question or suggestion. Has SWAT done ,or will do, an article on muzzle flash of the various calibers in daylight and at night? Also, the effects on vision and signaturing the shooter? Just an idea. Live in the Black Hole Information area of Wisconsin. The stores who used to have your magazine have all gone politically correct around here. Figures. We are not far behind California in stupid Lib practices.

We have not. Might be something to look into. However, considering the different all the different brands, barrel lengths of weapons, elevation, etc., logistically it would be hard to cover all the bases.

Just concentrate on the LEO calibers, and issue sized weapons. Long-guns and shotguns could also be limited to what the regular LEO/SWAT carries.

I think that muzzle flash will have more to do with the ammunition, especially in pistols, than anything else. It would be an interesting article. Maybe a three-parter.
