AZ New Hunter
I just applied for my first-ever hunting license! I hope I get picked for a deer permit, but it is late in the year for that. As it is, I can hunt small game, coyotes, and I added migratory birds just in case.

Welcome to the fraternity. Just be sure to familiarize yourself with all the regulations. Every state is different, and changes are common. If you can, find someone to go with. It's more fun, and two is 10 times as safe as one in the boonies.

This is true! I need help building skills.
As for knowing the regs, there are a couple shows like Lone Star Law where game wardens go around checking hunters and fishermen for compliance. I support them and will comply with all the regs. |

Welcome to the club. What part of AZ, and what are you hunting with?

Apache County, NE Arizona. Rifle to start, I may get into bow hunting next year.
