I'm inclined to agree. I've handled a LOT of factory ammo in the past few decades and haven't found a handful of rounds during that entire time that come close to looking as rough as the rounds in the picture.

What I'm saying is that in that single box, you found more dinged up, damaged rounds than I've found in decades of shooting factory ammo.

If it really came from the factory that way, Winchester will probably bend over backwards to make you happy. And they NEED to know about it because they've got a serious problem to address.

My guess is that it didn't come from the factory that way. Even if that's the case, I'd still let Winchester know. I suspect they'll get to the bottom of the problem one way or the other--if at all possible.
