vortex viper or sightron sii

Hello all,

I am in the market for a new scope for my m70 270 wsm. Currently i am looking at a vortex viper 3x9x40 or a sightron sii 3x9x42. I am unable to find much information on the viper and just in general would like to see everyone's opinion on these two scopes.

Thanks

Dunno much about the Vortex, but I do have a handful of SIIs and think very well of them - good optics, repeatable and reliable adjustments.

Vortex Viper all the way. Vortex makes an amazing scope and their warranty is fantastic. I have 2 Vipers and a D-back and highly recommend Vortex.
