I have always used Mitutoyo with excellent results but as mentioned you don't need expensive calipers to reload but they do need to be accurate no matter what brand.

That’s why Chinese stuff is so much better these days than it used to be. American companies sending production over seas then intellectual property is taken and put to use as a competitor.
