Shield Magazine Carry

... posted here and elsewhere
While I'm still EDC'ing a 1911 pattern, I've pulled the trigger (not literally, YET), on a S&W M&P Shield 9mm. I expect to move it into EDC rotation in 2-300 rounds.

I've always preferred a non-tacticool magazine pouch, preferably leather, mandatory covered and the cover secured either by snap (preferred) or velcro. Think a belt sheath for a folding knife.

So the question is: the Shield 9 has very tiny (relative to my 1911) magazines. What I will carry as the spare is ~ 4" long, 1.25" wide, and less than .75" thick. Any recommendations of either magazine pouches OR knife/multi-tool sheaths that fit the specs, please?
